Elegant restaurant in the majestic Bagatti Valsecchi Palace

Beautiful is what is both pleasant and sublime "F. Von Schlegel

The Salumaio di Montenapoleone is located inside the marvelous Bagatti Valsecchi Palace, an important example of Lombard neo-Renaissance architecture. This historic structure represents a piece of the most authentic Milan, which brings with it the soul and tradition of an active and cultured, dynamic and refined city, linked to its roots. The building, whose facade was inaugurated in 1883, was designed by the noble brothers Fausto and Giuseppe Bagatti Valsecchi, who were inspired by the noble houses of the 16th century Lombardy. Consistent with this stylistic choice, the two brothers furnished their residence with objects in Renaissance and neo-Renaissance style. The historic residence, now governed by a private foundation explicitly desired by the Bagatti Valsecchi heirs to make the family's art heritage manifest, is considered one of the most important museum houses in Europe, and is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:45 pm For more information, visit the site.
