The culinary art and the excellence of Italian cuisine

"Tell me what you eat:
I'll tell you who you are." Brillat-Savarin

The restaurant of Il Salumaio di Montenapoleone, located in Milan, welcomes the customer in an elegant and refined atmosphere, diffused in all the internal rooms of the structure.
The charm and elegance of the restaurant are due to the skilful intervention of the architect Patrizia Quartero, who has succeeded in combining the style of the building with a highly refined decor.
The main room, large and welcoming, allows you to contemplate the splendid external courtyards through the large glass window while the privé has been created from the old saddlery and entirely covered with the original dark walnut paneling. The privé is able to guarantee intimacy and privacy. The kitchen has been designed and made to view to allow patrons to observe the chef and his collaborators at work, intent on creating true masterpieces of culinary art.
On sunny days it is also possible to sit at the outdoor tables, surrounded by the evocative Renaissance setting of the outdoor area.

The culinary art of Il Salumaio di Montenapoleone, which has always been tied to tradition, is based on a menu based on fresh pasta, meat and fish accompanied by a daily proposal that varies according to the seasonality of the ingredients. You can also try the desserts, rigorously homemade, at the end of a lunch or dinner based on the excellence of Italian culinary art.
