All the delicacies of gastronomy proposed by Il Salumaio di Montenapoleone in Milan are the result of a long selection process. In fact, before being allowed to sell, each product is carefully researched and selected according to strict criteria.
The skilled and experienced collaborators expertly examine the choice of the best ingredients for the preparation of specialties and delicacies of gastronomy. Field research has led to the choice of a pasta maker for the production of fresh homemade pasta and to identify the best cured meats, the true Italian excellence, such as the Parma ham, the Zibello culatello or the Gran Reserva joselito. The selected cheeses represent the best proposal of both Italian and French gastronomy.
The Salumaio di Montenapoleone in Milan therefore represents the point of reference for gourmets from all over the world, delighted by the delicacies of gastronomy and special preparations.
